Compact and programmable LED floodlight curing system
SkyRay is a compact programmable LED curing system that integrates all system components into a small lamp head, allowing for easy installation anywhere in the factory without the need for a remote controller, power box, or remote cooler. You can start timed exposure curing simply by attaching the head and connecting the AC power cord. Long-lasting solid-state LEDs illuminate a 5 x 5 inch curing area with cool, uniform high-brightness light. It features a built-in exposure timer and adjustable output intensity. The front panel's LCD display and sealed membrane-type keypad make programming and monitoring the curing operation easy. The system's dosage and setup parameters are password protected to prevent unauthorized changes to sensitive processes and control settings. The unit is equipped with a variable-speed cooling fan and a convenient flush-mounted carrying handle. The slim design of the enclosure allows multiple units to be installed side by side, enabling exposure of a larger curing area.
