We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the production management system "Speedy Neo," the production scheduler "EasyPlanner Neo," and the visualization system at Sanwa Seiko Co., Ltd., which operates in the metal processing industry. Before the introduction of the visualization system, the management structure involved issuing instructions when orders were received, with each department head posting the work instructions on the whiteboard at the site and distributing them to individual workers.
