Cost reduction for high-pressure cleaning and chemical cleaning! Measures to reduce scale and uric acid deposits in cooling towers, piping, and more.
We would like to introduce our water treatment device, "Emile." Inside a stainless steel casing, we fill three types of ceramics with different particle sizes, depending on the treatment purpose, to about half capacity. Water is then passed through at a flow rate of 10 cm/s to 12 cm/s from below, using this flow velocity to fluidize the ceramics. The electric double layer, thermoelectric conversion effects, and cation exchange capacity that occur between the water and the ceramics cause the treated water to become positively charged (cationized). Cationized water enhances the hydrogen bonding of water molecules, preventing scale adhesion, detachment, and corrosion of pipes, as well as preventing the attachment of slime and biofilm. 【Features】 ■ Significant reduction in running costs due to no use of chemicals ■ Reduced environmental impact from chemical wastewater ■ Alleviation of wastewater treatment costs ■ Significant reduction in resource waste and water bill burden by cutting down on large amounts of blowdown water ■ Prevention of decreased thermal conductivity and increased power consumption due to scale adhesion *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
