We would like to introduce a case study from the Iwate Prefecture Council, which utilizes "LoopGate" in their daily operations and initiatives. The target customers are elderly individuals with little experience in computer operations, so if complicated procedures and support for each household were required, it would not be feasible to expand. Therefore, they were looking for a meeting tool that could be easily handled by the elderly and allow them to connect with each other. Upon learning about our system that can be used with a television, they chose it because it can be easily operated with a remote control.
