basic information
This is a surface treatment method that involves dipping steel into an aluminum melting furnace melted at approximately 700°C, covering it with a 100% aluminum coating. Compared to zinc plating and molten aluminum alloy plating, molten aluminum coating (Alma processing) offers higher corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and wear resistance. In addition to reducing initial costs, the characteristics of Alma processing enable a longer lifespan for steel, allowing for a reduction in long-term running costs.
