Example: Ceiling Maintenance Press Soundproof Room

There have been cases where we received feedback that it was good to have installed a ceiling because the noise levels differ significantly between opening and closing times!

We would like to introduce a case of ceiling maintenance for a press soundproof room that we conducted. The customer requested to enclose the ceiling of the press machine's soundproof room, but due to crane limitations, it could not be enclosed. They wanted it to be easily opened and closed from the ground and preferred a manual option to reduce costs. We proposed an optimized solution by installing a U-shaped opening door on the ceiling, making it usable even with cranes that have height restrictions. Additionally, it was made operable from the ground with a handle rotation mechanism.
