We would like to introduce a case of a soundproof box for an outdoor blower that we handled. The customer requested that the blower noise be reduced to below 60dB(A) at the property boundary line, which is 14 meters away, and also asked to reuse the building's outer wall to lower costs. We proposed an optimized solution, and the noise from the blower was reduced to a level where it was hardly noticeable due to the effectiveness of the soundproof box. Although the noise measurement was affected by noise from the duct, we were able to achieve a level below 60dB(A) due to the distance attenuation effect.
