We would like to introduce a case where Kobayashi Co., Ltd., which manufactures "separators" used in construction materials, has implemented the color LED printer 'Pro330S' for printing binding tags (shipping labels)! Previously, the company manually color-coded the binding tags (shipping labels) attached to the separators using color markers, but by introducing the Pro330S, they successfully eliminated the need for manual work and reduced the processing time per invoice to less than half! ■Challenges - The manual color-coding of binding tags (shipping labels) attached to each product was putting pressure on operations. - Inkjet printers could not print on the water-resistant and abrasion-resistant synthetic paper that was previously used. - The color markers compatible with the special synthetic paper were limited to only 10 colors, which posed limitations for diverse color-coding requests. ■Results - The need for manual color-coding was eliminated through color printing, reducing processing time to less than half. - It became possible to print on the previously used synthetic paper, achieving a highly durable finish with a toner-based method. - No markers or handwriting are required, allowing for flexible responses to detailed color-coding requests from customers. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
