With a guideline that minimizes contact between ingredients and the lid's top surface or the bottom of the inner plate during assembly, it contributes to optimal plating and improved work efficiency. The inner plate is made from a unique material called "Bio BF," which contains a small amount of biomass plastic. Accommodates various menus. For quick meals like takeout where food is eaten shortly after returning, a two-point system is used for "on-top serving," while a three-point system can be employed for delivery, allowing for separation of ingredients to provide a fresh-made feel before eating.
