When applied to polymer materials, it is possible to moderately adjust the tensile properties!
This document presents the results of an investigation into the changes in the SS curve when various "YS resins (terpene-based resins)" are blended with PP. As an evaluation method, the product was melt-mixed with PP using a twin-screw extruder to create pellets. These pellets were then injection molded into test specimens according to ASTM standards, and tensile tests were conducted. We are introducing figures of the SS curves for the clear resin composition, terpene phenol resin, and YS resin composition.
