Achieving a high density sintering of 7.5g/cm³ or more.
We have achieved high-density sintering with a sintering density of over 7.5 g/cm³ using our unique powder production technology. Conventional sintering typically has a density limit of around 7.2 g/cm³, which is lower than the density of common steel materials at 7.8 g/cm³, resulting in inferior mechanical properties. On the other hand, while Metal Injection Molding (MIM) achieves a density of over 7.5 g/cm³, it faces challenges such as high shrinkage rates, low dimensional stability, and expensive unit and mold costs. High-density sintering is a new technology that resolves the issues of conventional sintering and MIM by achieving a density of over 7.5 g/cm³, with low shrinkage rates and high dimensional stability, all at a low cost.

Company information
Taisei Monac Co., Ltd. is a machinery parts manufacturer with its headquarters and factory located in Higashi-Osaka City, and its own factories in Taiwan and China. The company specializes in sintering, aluminum extrusion, flexible shafts, OEM for finished machines, and product models, supplying parts and finished products to manufacturers of general-purpose engines, small outdoor machinery (such as brush cutters, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, etc.), two-wheelers, four-wheelers, agriculture, industry, and construction machinery. In the field of sintering and powder metallurgy, the company has its own manufacturing facilities in Taiwan equipped with powder metallurgy production equipment such as molding, sintering, and heat treatment furnaces, primarily producing in-house sintered parts like clutches, gears, sprockets, rotor pumps, cams, and oil-impregnated bearings. The low-cost production from Taiwan (especially for molds) allows for small lot production. As a development-oriented company, it is currently engaged in research and development of high-density sintering that achieves a density of over 7.5 g/m3 using soft magnetic materials for molded powder magnetic cores and sintered joints. Additionally, the product model division utilizes technologies such as silicone casting, machining, 3D printing, and painting to produce modeling models, functional samples, replicas, and small lot parts.
