We would like to introduce a case of mechanical design and manufacturing of LED streetlights. The customer requested, "Since it will be installed outdoors, dust and water resistance measures (IP65) are necessary," and "We would like to produce four types of products using the same LED, with a luminous flux between 10,000lm and 20,000lm." In response, our company proposed to conduct mechanical design in Japan and, considering costs, to carry out production overseas, fulfilling the customer's requirements. [Our Proposal and Services] - We proceeded with the specifications based on IP65 class dust and water resistance, taking quality levels into account.
