We would like to introduce a case where we developed a functional inspection device for sensor units used in multifunction printers. During the development, we received requests from the customer such as "developing a dual-purpose specification that can accommodate multiple varieties" and "providing consistent support from circuit and board design to embedded software development and mechanical design." In response, our company equipped the inspection device with a roller drive unit. Consequently, we implemented a manual inspection mode that allows for the confirmation of the sensor unit's operation without checking the separation and feeding of the paper, thus meeting the customer's requests.
