A case where shortening the delivery time was achieved through repeated negotiations and adjustments in the manufacturing and adjustment of molds.
We would like to introduce a case of developing and manufacturing LED planters for indoor plant cultivation. Our customer had requests such as "comprehensive support from development to mass production and delivery of finished products," "reduction of product costs," and "short lead times from development to mass production." In response, our proposal enabled a consistent approach with mechanical and electrical design in Japan, and parts procurement and manufacturing at our factory in China. Additionally, we needed to develop and mass-produce within a short period of about six months from specification determination to mass production. To shorten the lead time for the time-consuming mold fabrication and adjustments, we engaged with the mold manufacturer, conducting repeated negotiations and adjustments, which allowed us to meet the customer's delivery schedule.
