[Design Development Outsourcing/ODM Case] Motor Control Board for Key Systems

A case where development was carried out by fully utilizing our company's know-how in motor control.

We would like to introduce a case where we received a request for the development of a circuit board for a key system sold under the client's own brand from a residential equipment manufacturer. It was necessary to develop a circuit board that not only controls motors but also enables communication with other circuit boards via wired connections, and allows for the recording of locking and unlocking operation history, covering all of these specifications. This circuit board controls two motors. There was a concern about operational failures due to the long physical distance between the motors and the power supply, which could lead to voltage drops and reduced current. To mitigate voltage drop, we implemented low power consumption control. We utilized our expertise in motor control to ensure the reliable operation of both motors during development.
