The "SDP801-500Pa" is a micro differential pressure sensor based on CMOSens technology, which integrates the sensor element and signal processing circuit onto a single CMOS chip. It measures using a thermal sensor element that utilizes the flow-through principle. Additionally, it exhibits superior performance in sensitivity, offset drift, hysteresis, vibration resistance, temperature, and measurement value variation in low differential pressure ranges compared to traditional piezoresistive sensors.
