We would like to introduce a case where the thermal insulation material "REFLECTIX" was adopted at a manufacturing factory located in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture. At this factory, heating during winter was ineffective, and the machines did not warm up, resulting in poor operation and taking 1 to 2 hours to start up. After installation, the machines became operational in 30 minutes. Additionally, the operating time of the factory machines increased compared to before installation, leading to an increase in production numbers. This contributed to measures against the summer heat and winter cold, as well as improved production output.
