We would like to introduce examples of processing for "flanges used in vacuum equipment," "work holding rods for hard disk transportation," "jigs for LCD equipment," and "wafer storage shelf components" that we have conducted. The material for the flanges used in vacuum equipment is A5052, while the work holding rods for hard disk transportation are made of SUS material, with the exception of the SUS core, which is made of Newlight material. Additionally, the jigs for LCD equipment are coated with Teflon on A5052, and the wafer storage shelf components have been treated with white anodizing on A5052.
