Magnetic water treatment device using a 6,000 Gauss permanent magnet to prevent scale and rust formation.
A "magnetic water treatment device" developed as a result of over 20 years of joint research between Norway's national research institutions and the University of Oslo, using a powerful permanent magnet (6000 gauss) to prevent scale formation in pipes, corrosion against rust, and suppress the generation of slime, such as in chiller clean towers. When water flows through a strong magnetic field, a weak current is induced according to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, preventing the new formation of scale, red rust, and slime inside the pipes. Due to its simple structure, installation is easy, maintenance is straightforward, and it can be used almost permanently. No water treatment chemicals are required. The treated water is safe and produces no harmful waste.

Detailed information
-
Structure of the Polarizer It has been clarified that the magnetic treatment of water is more effective to a certain extent with higher magnetic force. The magnetic force of the polarizer is at a high level, exceeding 6,000 gauss, which is among the highest in the world.
-
Principle of Polarization When water flows under certain conditions through the powerful magnetic field of a polar water conditioner, a weak electric current is induced, resulting in the following sequential physical phenomena (Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction): ■ Change in interfacial potential of solid particles in water ■ Promotion of aggregation and precipitation of ultra-fine colloidal impurities ■ Stabilization and purification of water quality ■ Promotion of ionization (dissolution)
