We also provide quality assurance in compliance with ISO/JIS standards. 【2】 Reverse Engineering: We 3D scan parts without drawings to create high-precision CAD data. We also propose material changes and weight reduction, and support the conversion of data for 3D printing and NC machining. 【3】 Prototype and Development Support: We scan prototype parts and conduct distortion analysis, providing improvement proposals. Measurement results are delivered on the same day in DXF, PDF, and 3D model formats, streamlining feedback for development and design departments. 【4】 Measurement of Large and Special Shapes: We measure large parts up to 1.8m and complex-shaped workpieces non-contact. We also accommodate fabrication structures and FRP parts, and portable scanners allow for on-site measurements.
