Power Failure Detection Switch NBA STS-SP1000 Series - Continuously monitors power quality, such as power outages occurring in the primary system (priority input), and automatically switches to the secondary system (backup power) at high speed upon detection. - By connecting both systems in parallel with UPS, an N+2 redundant configuration can be established. - If the STS-SP device itself detects a fault, it immediately turns on the bypass circuit to maintain power supply. - Manual/remote switching of the power system is possible (from STS-SP1011), making maintenance of power equipment during system operation easy. - Overcurrent protection is provided by a protector against short circuits or ground faults on the system side. * The device is equipped with a reverse current prevention function in case of semiconductor switch short circuit failure. (The replaceable internal fuse functions as a protective damper.) - By monitoring the output power of the STS-SP for power demand, it can switch from commercial power to the storage system during power peaks, enabling peak cut operation (from STS-SP1011).
