Originally, they were using a different electronic contract service, but they switched to our service because it allowed them to manage paper documents alongside electronic contracts at a comparable cost, and the API integration matched their needs. They first signed up for the free version, tried it out for a while, and then began developing the API integration. They have expressed that the ability to centrally register paper contracts that have been signed in business transactions, while now managing PDFs of electronically signed contracts as originals without generating paper, is a significant advantage.
