The straightness and perpendicularity of each reference surface (4 surfaces) are finished with high precision to within 1μm at 300mm!
We would like to introduce our calibration equipment, the '311 Series Ultra-Precision Right Angle Master UM.' This master can be used to measure the straightness and squareness of the movements of precision measuring instruments such as machine tools and three-dimensional measuring machines, as well as the straightness and squareness of high-precision parts that have been precisely machined. All four surfaces are finished using ultra-precision lapping technology developed with gauge blocks, allowing it to be used as a reference surface. 【Specifications (Excerpt)】 ■311-111 UM-110 ・Nominal dimensions (W×L×T) (mm): 90×110×25 ・Squareness tolerance (μm): Reference surface 1, side surface 5 ・Straightness tolerance (μm): Reference surface 1, side surface 5 ・Weight (kg): 1.5 *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Suzusho Co., Ltd. was founded in 1955 as a metalworking company in Nakatsugawa, Gifu Prefecture. Later, it also started operations as a machinery and tool trading company, embarking on a genuine journey closely connected to the local community and manufacturing industry. As the industrial landscape of Nakatsugawa evolved, the company continued to grow and develop, and now, as a "comprehensive trading company for production technology," it has built a solid track record throughout Gifu Prefecture and the southern Shinshu/Kiso area of Nagano Prefecture. With our reliable experience since our founding, we are committed to supporting local communities and, by extension, Japan's manufacturing industry with safety and trust, continuing to grow together with our customers.
