We possess a Carl Zeiss CNC three-dimensional measuring machine and a FARO 3D scanner, capable of handling GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and shape comparisons. We deliver measurement reports along with the inspection results, from drawing verification to report creation. Our services can be utilized for prototype validation, outsourced product checks, and quality management support. ■ Differentiation Points - High-precision measurement: Measurement conducted in a Carl Zeiss three-dimensional / temperature-controlled area - Non-contact 3D scanning: Capable of handling freeform surfaces and soft parts - Submission of inspection reports: Reports provided in PDF/Excel format, with traceability support - External product inspection: Capable of confirming product quality from outsourcing partners and re-inspections Please feel free to consult us for inspections of prototypes or accuracy checks of mass-produced items.
