We would like to introduce a case where a Brodisk was implemented to prevent bridging of resin grinding materials. In certain raw materials, a mixture of virgin materials and grinding materials is used, but when the proportion of grinding materials exceeds a certain level, bridging occurs. In this case, it could not be prevented by an air knocker, and we received inquiries on how to prevent bridging. After reviewing the raw materials (mixed products) and the hopper design, we provided guidance on the recommended arrangement of Brodisk and it was implemented based on our recommendations.
