What you want to know before implementation! The appeal and precautions of tape-based earthquake measures [BCP measures]
The tape-type earthquake countermeasures can be introduced quickly without burdening the equipment and without the need for construction, which is a major attraction. On the other hand, there are several points and risks to be aware of during operation and removal. In this article, we will clearly introduce the features of tape-type earthquake countermeasures and the points you should know before implementation based on feedback from the field. *Please download the attached catalog for more details.*

The Anshin Adjuster is an earthquake countermeasure product that can be installed without driving anchor bolts. It is ideal for places where you don't want to drill holes and frequently change layouts. It can withstand earthquakes equivalent to a seismic intensity of 7 (with a seismic period of 1 second and an acceleration of 1000 gal), addressing both horizontal and vertical shaking. This is a patented product that has obtained domestic patents in Japan and international patents in the United States. In addition to clean rooms where dust is not allowed and food and pharmaceutical factories, it can also be used for earthquake countermeasures in buildings with insufficient floor thickness for driving anchor bolts, such as those on the second floor and above. Moreover, while typical gels have low load-bearing capacity and require larger sizes to increase it, the gel used in the Anshin Adjuster is an industrial specialty product, making it compact while offering approximately ten times the load-bearing capacity compared to standard products. The Anshin Adjuster is also unaffected by conditions where water or oil may be present, such as in factories, kitchens, or outdoors, as the gel is sealed with a special adhesive called "Anshin Aiba." If you are facing challenges with earthquake countermeasures as part of your BCP (Business Continuity Planning), please feel free to contact us first.
