About MATSUMURA's processing: Introduction to "furnace brazing processing." You may not have heard of or seen furnace brazing very often. It is a processing method that involves brazing in a non-oxidizing furnace. Because it is non-oxidizing, it does not oxidize (does not turn black) during the brazing process. There are additional advantages: it allows for a high volume of flow and multiple-point brazing can be performed at once. The quality is stable, and since no flux is used, it is also environmentally friendly. Our company owns two furnaces, one for iron and one for stainless steel, and we can accommodate different materials accordingly. In the furnace for iron, we use "copper" as the brazing material.
