300 mm version of the inkjet coating device for perovskite solar cells
300mm Coating Platform for Perovskite Solar Cells
Please contact us for the inkjet method of perovskite solar cells.
A device for manufacturing perovskite solar cells using inkjet printing methods. It allows for various techniques using organic solvents such as DMSO/DMF, acetonitrile, TiO2, SnO2, and poor solvents (toluene). By exchanging heads, it is also possible to demonstrate the application of not only the perovskite layer but also the electron transport layer, hole transport layer, and encapsulation film. Heating of the coating surface to 100°C is possible, and an N2 air discharge mechanism is also available. Perovskite crystallization can be achieved using a separate device with the poor solvent method, and a 175 nm light source for surface modification cleaning is available with a separate device. It is a platform for coating on glass with a 300 mm coating area, featuring a 3-axis linear stage, precise negative pressure control for the head, a high-speed inspection machine for nozzle defects, and a maximum coating speed of 1 m/s. Pattern coating is possible, eliminating the need for laser pattern cutting.
