We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the corporate database LBC of "Yusona" at Recruit Co., Ltd. In 2021, the company integrated seven major core business companies and functional companies within its group. One of the challenges was to consolidate customer data that had been managed separately across multiple businesses to maximize the benefits of the integration. The entire master database of Yusona's corporate database LBC is linked via API with the company's integrated customer base (Connext).
