It converts multiple CAN bus messages to USB for transmission and reception with the PC.
The Kvaser USBcan Light HS series is a compact, reliable, and cost-effective product for connecting multiple high-speed CAN buses to a PC or mobile computer. The Kvaser USBcan Light HS series features a USB Type A connector on one side and either two or four D-SUB9 pin connectors on the other side. It is slightly larger than the single-channel Leaf Light v2, but is ergonomically designed, well-regarded in Kvaser products, and comes with a sophisticated housing and standard galvanic isolation. The CAN 4ch product connects four high-speed CAN channels to a single D-SUB HD26 CAN connector. By using the included HD26-4xDS9 splitter, you can connect to CAN with four individual D-SUB9 pin connectors.
