Development! An essential test vacuum emulsification stirring device for research data collection.
Realizing three "ease" factors: easy to "observe" the emulsification stirring process, easy to "use," and easy to "extract data"! Developed as a device (Next) that fosters customer ideas more easily. The stirring performance adopts a well-established method from conventional test vacuum emulsification devices. - It can stir using two axes with a high-speed mixer and a scraping mixer, and it also has heating, cooling, and vacuum functions. - To enable a wide variety of emulsification stirring experiments with this single unit, three types of high-speed stirring blades are provided. - You can choose container sizes from 3L, 5L, to 7L with just one main unit. All of these features were born from the customer's desire for "it would be great to have such a device or function," and even though it is a testing machine, it has undergone a model change with the themes of "efficient stirring" and "improving productivity."

Since our establishment in 1954, we have handled all the necessary equipment for cosmetic factories, starting with emulsification devices, and including "pure water systems," "cosmetic filling machines," and "wastewater treatment facilities." In 1999, we became part of the Sanoyasu Group, and in April 2021, we merged with Sanoyasu Plant Engineering, which is also part of the same group. With a focus on three main businesses—"emulsification and stirring devices," "water treatment facilities," and "large tanks and steel structures"—we will further develop the technologies we have cultivated and support society in a wider range of fields.
