We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the production management system "SmartF" at Kosei Container Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of reusable containers. The company faced the challenge of having managers manually transcribe and aggregate work results recorded on paper forms by the field staff into Excel, resulting in 20 hours of manual labor each month.
