By utilizing off-flavor kits, it is possible to experience and share off-flavors, as well as train sensory panels for olfactory assessments. At Hayashi Junyaku Kogyo, we offer an "Off-Flavor Kit" that includes samples of common off-flavors in food, such as chemical odors and musty smells, along with "Off-Flavor Kit II," which features polyvinyl and metallic odors derived from packaging and manufacturing materials. (These are co-developed products with the Off-Flavor Research Association.)
