Compared to conventional equipment, the CA-6K can detect self-insulation failures due to manufacturing defects and degradation of insulating materials, allowing for non-destructive testing. • Capacitor Lifetime Testing: Conducts long-term high voltage lifetime tests of up to 1 million cycles, simulating the voltage experienced during the actual lifespan of the capacitor. This allows for the evaluation of the durability and reliability of capacitors, making it suitable for product quality control and lifespan prediction. • Waveform Comparison and Analysis: Equipped with waveform display functionality, developers can compare ideal waveforms with measured waveforms to gain a deeper understanding of the characteristics of the DUT and capacitors. During high voltage testing, the CA-6K automatically identifies and marks abnormal waveform points of the capacitor, accurately pinpointing problem areas. • Multiple Communication Interfaces: Supports multiple communication interfaces such as RS-232, TCP/IP, and I/O, facilitating communication with host computer systems. It also allows for the connection of external devices such as foot switches, making it suitable for research and development, production, and quality control.
