We would like to introduce a case where we applied coatings to plastic molded products used for the interior and exterior of automobiles. For the supplied molded products, we implemented dust removal and static elimination followed by a 3-coat, 3-bake robot painting process (three layers of paint with forced drying in between) on a consistent painting line. We have received feedback stating, "Even with sudden increases in production, the high production capacity and good yield make it easy to adjust production and delivery schedules, which is very helpful."
