We would like to introduce our "mass production implementation." Our production capacity achieves a component mounting speed of 161,000 CPH, equivalent to about 200 points on approximately 800 boards. We can mount components ranging from small to large. Additionally, we apply 3D printing inspection machines (SPI) and 3D appearance inspection machines (AOI) to ensure high quality. 【Quality Built from Prototyping】 - Appropriate opening adjustments of metal masks are conducted from the prototyping stage. - Manufacturing jigs (for printing and mounting) created during prototyping are utilized in mass production. - Appropriate machine mounting conditions tailored to the specifications of various components and circuit boards are fed back into mass production implementation. - By lining up equipment from the same manufacturer for both prototyping and mass production, we effectively utilize the data gathered during the prototyping phase. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
