We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "BizForecast" from Excel macros as part of the DX promotion project at Tokyu Land Corporation. In various operations related to business income and expenditure and budget management, multiple Excel macros were used for data creation and management. However, performance declined due to the increasing file sizes and frequent freezes, which worsened operational efficiency. After the implementation, the response time for income and expenditure calculations improved, allowing us to reduce work and verification time by approximately 5-10%.
