We would like to introduce the manufacturing process and test results of the classic car cylinder project jointly developed by Inoue Boring and our company, DOHO. Using a printer from ZRapid, we created a high-precision product through secondary processing and sleeve insertion. It garnered attention at JIMTOF2024, where it was displayed alongside Mach III. The running tests at Tsukuba Circuit also received high praise. This initiative offers a new option for the revival of discontinued car parts through metal 3D printing, which can accommodate single pieces without the need for molds.
