[Processing Example] Roller Pattern

We would like to introduce a case study of the "roller pattern" processing that we conducted. The material is brass, with an outer diameter of φ70, an inner diameter of φ65, a length of 100, and a wall thickness of 2.5 millimeters. We processed 20,118 holes with a diameter of φ0.4 millimeters on the circumference. Additionally, the hole diameter precision was processed within 0.01. Furthermore, we have case studies for the main base for ceramic element inspection machines and nozzles for leather processing.
