The Bornemann SLH-5G series is a high-performance screw pump designed for hygiene, capable of handling all types of liquids with over 50 screw profiles and a wide range of material configurations. [Main Features] - Compatible with viscosities up to 1,000,000 cP: Capable of transporting chocolate, collagen, ice cream, and slurry liquids. - Hygiene design: CIP/SIP compatible, certified to 3A/EHEDG standards, parts can be disassembled for excellent cleanability. - Low shear transport: Minimizes product separation, destruction, and foaming, safe for pharmaceuticals and dairy products. - Wide flow range: Stable supply from small to large volumes. - Standard mechanical seals for shaft sealing: Prevents liquid leakage and improves maintenance. - Wear-resistant and chemical-resistant options: Capable of hard coating (1200HV). The SLH series two-axis screw pump is a volumetric pump that transports products along the axis using two screws. Despite being non-contact, the very narrow clearance between the conveying screw and the inner surface of the casing forms a sealed chamber, allowing for continuous transfer of the product from suction to discharge.
