We will introduce "General Tolerances (Excerpt from JIS B 0405:1991/JIS B 0419:1991)." JIS B 0405 specifies general tolerances in four tolerance grades for length dimensions and angular dimensions that do not have individual tolerance indications, with the intention of simplifying drawing instructions. JIS B 0419 specifies general geometric tolerances in three tolerance grades for shapes that do not have individual geometric tolerance indications, also with the intention of simplifying drawing instructions.
