You can easily find the moment of inertia for simple-shaped parts in a table!
Introducing the "Moment of Inertia J Quick Reference Table." This table provides the moment of inertia J [kg·m²] for a circular disk made of steel (specific gravity 7.85) with a thickness of 10mm and a diameter of Dmm. The values are listed vertically for every 10mm, while the horizontal values represent increments of 1mm. For disks with a thickness other than 10mm, you can obtain the moment of inertia by multiplying the values in the table by the thickness Lmm divided by 10mm.
