For replacement protective tubes for incinerators and quenching furnaces!
When using a thermocouple at high temperatures, the protective tube is the first to be damaged, and if left unattended, it will degrade the internal thermocouple element. By replacing the protective tube at an appropriate time, the thermocouple itself can be made to last longer. The end of the protective tube has a G1/2 thread, allowing it to be directly screwed into the terminal box. The image shows a length of 300 mm, but it can be manufactured to the dimensions you require. A pressure test at an internal pressure of 0.5 MPa will be conducted to check for pinholes in the weld.
