The "LUX530" is a global shutter CMOS digital sensor that achieves 1,986 FPS at a resolution of 832×632 with a 1/2 inch size. It can read out up to 8 ROIs simultaneously and allows for flexible window position settings. It is provided in a 100-pin LGA package measuring 13.0mm×13.0mm.
