The "LE 5000 HT-U" is an air heater designed to accurately weld the vertical seams of liquid packaging at the air discharge opening. The sealing unit can reach a production speed of up to 700m/min and operates at a temperature of 900°C. The sealing unit allows for easy control of temperature and airflow. As a result, the hot air process is much more precise and environmentally friendly compared to processes that use gas flames.
