We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving at a certain company that decided to rebuild an aging hazardous materials warehouse. The company has decided to add a "temperature-controlled warehouse" to its ambient temperature warehouse. A particularly challenging issue is the introduction of "mobile racks" to facilitate the management of stored items. Since hazardous materials literally pose a risk of ignition or explosion, even moving them incurs risks, and permission must be obtained under the strict scrutiny of the fire department that oversees that area. To address this, custom auxiliary components were welded to the main body of the rack, and a structure was created that interlocks with the rail section to improve stability during movement.
