Change to GDP-compliant cold storage! Collect while operating (renovation while in use).
We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving at Morika Transport, a pharmaceutical logistics company. The company has been promoting "GDP compliance" from an early stage, and as part of this initiative, it was decided to renovate from a regular temperature warehouse to a temperature-controlled warehouse. To meet the request of "wanting to carry out the construction with minimal downtime," it was decided to implement "in-situ renovation" while keeping the warehouse operational. We addressed the challenges along with proposals for various types of refrigerated dock shelters. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: GDP compliance / In-situ renovation ■ Solution: Temperature-controlled warehouse + refrigerated dock shelter / subdivision of work areas ■ Industry: Transportation ■ Warehouse Type: Temperature-controlled warehouse ■ Stored Items: Pharmaceuticals, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
