We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving at Marukami Logistics, which handles the storage and delivery of pharmaceuticals and daily necessities. The company received a request from a client, a wholesaler of sanitary materials and medical supplies, to "take over the operations of our warehouse and create a dedicated logistics warehouse." While considering this request, they established a connection with Sanwa Construction. After an inspection and evaluation by the RiSOKO team, they proposed the introduction of an "automated warehouse" that can also serve as horizontal transportation.
