We would like to introduce a case study on problem-solving at Banmi Holdings Co., Ltd., which handles over 5,000 products as a connector between manufacturers and restaurants. Through repeated logistics analysis and interviews, we extracted points for improvement in the business flow, identified optimal rack and product placement through ABC analysis, and determined appropriate storage quantities for products we wish to expand in the future.
