It is a newly developed high-purity ion exchange resin that enables the high purification of various chemicals and process liquids required in the manufacturing process of electronic industrial products. ● To minimize elution from the resin, impurities and TOC are reduced by addressing unreacted materials contained in the resin. ● Effective for the purification of aqueous and organic solvent-based chemicals and process liquids. ● Specializes in the removal of ionic impurities at levels below ppb (patented technology).

Cation exchange resin / Anion exchange resin / Mixed bed ion exchange resin We will propose the optimal ion exchange resin based on the raw liquid information and treatment goals. As an ion exchange resin column, we can also propose a fluoropolymer-coated column that can be used for treatment at levels below ppb. It has excellent chemical resistance and is effective against high concentrations and high temperatures of acids and alkalis. It is also resistant to organic solvents, with minimal leachables.
